By accessing and using mdblaze.in and our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
MDBlaze provides real-time market data feeds for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and technical analysis software tools (MDBlaze Trend Indicator and MDBlaze Trend Scanner). These tools are educational technical analysis software designed to assist with chart analysis.
3. Not Investment Advice
MDBlaze does not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, portfolio management, or trading calls. MDBlaze Trend Indicator and Scanner identify trend conditions based on predefined technical rules — they are educational tools. Any trading or investment decisions are made solely by the user at their own risk.
4. No Guarantee of Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide reliable real-time data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or zero latency. Market data is sourced from exchange feeds and may be subject to delays or gaps beyond our control. Do not rely solely on MDBlaze data for critical trading decisions.
5. User Accounts and Access
Access credentials are provided for individual use only. Sharing MT4 login credentials, redistributing data, or reselling access is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Payments are processed via UPI. Access is activated after manual payment verification. Subscription periods begin from the date of activation. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All MDBlaze software, indicators, scanners, and website content are proprietary. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any MDBlaze software.
8. Limitation of Liability
MDBlaze shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use of our data feeds or software tools. Trading involves risk and users should exercise independent judgment.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
