Free Demo
The 3-day free demo requires no payment. Your access simply expires at the end of the demo period with no charges.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been activated. We encourage all users to try the free 3-day demo before purchasing a paid plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until your paid period expires. There are no automatic renewals — all renewals are manual.
Exceptions
If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., data feed completely non-functional for extended periods) that we are unable to resolve, we may offer a pro-rata credit or extension at our discretion. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss.
